I loved the pen and the quality. Though, Iinitially I received a pen with a scratch on it, upon sharing the concern, the team immediately replaced it with a new and clean one. They have a good customer policy, I would say and yes, the pen is indeed magical, with the ink, light and mobile service. Cherry on the top is the name embossed clearly and nicely. Thanks

Nice but kinda exp

Its a nice pen and its got all the features that it claims n the finishing is good too but i still feel that it was a lil too expensive for a pen.All in all, i would recommend it for doctors atleast who usually need both pens AND torches for their routine work.

First Experience

Well, for first thing, the courier company delayed the parcel so much that it made me frustrated. Second, I wanted red pens but got black. the design and style plus finishing is awesome. i loved the pens and would order some more in near future but please take notice of the problems I had to face the first time.
