Hug mug feedback

First of all, I didn't receive what I ordered. I had to compromise on the shape as well as the color because your staff told me it wasn't available at that moment.Secondly, I specifically mentioned two things. The date of delivery and the gift wrap paper design. The parcel was delivered one day before the actual event. Thankfully someone else received it at the door or the surprise element would have been sabotaged.Kindly deliver what you offer online.

Dear Ishrat Jahan,we are apologized for not matching expectations and will try to improve things based on your feedback.Regarding delivery time, we cannot deliver on a specific day, delivery date may vary 1-3 days depending on courier and delivery circumstances. Looking forward to serve you with best of us next time :)
