The cushion from Mug Art was exactly what we wanted with precise drawing dimensions we loved it and are interested in your other products also. Keep up the good work

The experience has been great. The customization was done perfectly. I have seen the product from other stores too but they all seemed a bit senseless when giving the final touch. There should also be an option for good gift boxes for the products. Mostly the courier service ruins the experience of ood presentaion. Overall, a big thumbs up to MUGART!

I'm really happy with the customer service, your online staff is really polite and helpful. The delivery of the product was on time and I really liked the cushion. The only thing that I didn't like was that there were a few spots and smudges on my cushion, maybe they were caused during printing of the design or while packing and now it doesn't look so neat. So please try to be more careful about this point in future, because I will definitely be buying again! Thank you.

It was good. Got it well on time and communicating staff was too helping and kind. Quality of cushion was superb.... first experience... Will catch u again
